Alice (Milla Jovovich) and Rayne (Michelle Rodriguez) are fighting girls. They are the leaders of a squad that must infiltrate a huge underground genetic laboratory owned by the powerful Umbrella corporation. Illegal experiments on viruses were conducted in the laboratory. As a result of an accident, the most dangerous virus that scientists were working on began to spread throughout the laboratory. The virus changed the genetic code of all the lab workers, turning them into man-eating zombies. All control over the process of spreading the virus was taken over by a special computer.
