Two friends go in search of a missing friend. On this trip, they have to constantly get involved in long-forgotten disputes, spoil someone else's wedding and attend funerals. Their road passes through dangerous places. And here begins another not quite ordinary journey of friends along the roads of their memory. They remember their friend, the unrestrained and free-thinking Rancho, who in some strange way broke into their lives and changed everything in it. They remember the times when they all lived in a student dormitory. They mention how Rancho's love for the lively girl Pia was born and Rancho's conflict with his mentor, the real tyrant Veeru Sahastrabudhe. And then one day Rancho suddenly disappears ... Who was he really? Where does he come from? Why did you disappear?
