Ulysses temporarily becomes the sheriff of the small town of Normal, Minnesota, where the previous sheriff died in strange circumstances involving a moose. The calm quickly ends: an attack on the bank is planned, in which both the local authorities and the Japanese yakuza intervene. Ulysses has to team up with two robbers who show unexpected humanity in the midst of chaos. The confrontation with the corrupt mayor turns into an endless stream of brutal and inventive slaughter.
