The main character Polina is a glamorous daughter of a businessman who is used to a carefree life. After her father's betrayal, she finds herself on probation at an advertising agency. There, for a month, she competes for a position with Roman, an ambitious and principled colleague who sees the world in a completely different way. Their professional rivalry gradually develops into conflicts, unexpected rapprochements and situations where it is difficult to distinguish work tasks from personal feelings.
