Marvin Gable is a real estate agent who works in suburban Milwaukee where "For Sale" signs are popping up more and more. One day, Gable receives a crimson envelope from Rose, a former partner he left for certain death. She is not satisfied. So Marvina is drawn back into the world of ruthless killers, where betrayals lurk everywhere and open houses turn into deadly war zones. His brother Knuckles, an unstable crime boss, begins hunting him, forcing Marvin to face choices that still haunt him and a past he's never been able to bury.
