It all starts with a freak accident. Gus, Sophie and Max of the Space Protection Force (SPF) and their microscopic spaceship SPF-50 enter the brain of 16-year-old Norman. They can see what he sees and hear what he hears. These aliens fight crime. They must enlist Norman's help to save Earth from Zoltard, an intergalactic villain who has managed to take control of the headmaster's mind. Norman, his friends, and the aliens must go to great lengths to hide the presence of alien life at their school while they continue the galactic battle between good and evil. After all, Zoltard now has school and Norman still has a life to live and homework to do!
