Fanny is a beautiful married young Parisian who seems to have everything. But the saturated bourgeois world contrasts strongly with Fanny's rebellious youth. One morning on the way to work, she runs into a school acquaintance, Alan, who immediately informs the girl that he was once in love with her. A new friendship quickly turns into an affair, and Fanny's husband begins to suspect something is wrong. After all, he has many secrets in the closet that will "help" him figure out what to do with careless lovers...
