Police detective Danny Rourke lost his daughter - the girl disappeared in the middle of the playground. A year later, the police receive a mysterious call: a bank robbery is planned and the criminals are only interested in one cell - number 23. While Rourke finds a photo of his missing daughter right there, the people around follow the orders of the mysterious Dillrein as if they were all under hypnosis... Because their reality is really under someone else's control.
