Ernest the bear and Celestina the mouse are best friends. They are always walking next to each other towards adventure. This time, the heroes went to Ernest's hometown, where the world's most talented musicians live. Upon arrival, the heroes find out that music has been banned there for many years. Together with new friends and a mysterious masked criminal, Ernest and Celestine will do everything possible to bring joy back to the land of bears.
