College graduate Jaime Reyes returns home full of hope for the future. However, home is not at all the place he remembers it to be. While the boy is searching for his destiny, fate intervenes. Jaime unexpectedly becomes the owner of the Scarab - an ancient relic of alien biotechnology. Scarab chooses him as his symbiotic host and bestows him with incredible armor.
