Somewhere in the desolate Australian outback, a lone driver is unexpectedly attacked by a tanker truck. A deadly pursuit ensues. And behind him - complete blackness and memorylessness. The victim of the attack, having received serious injuries, regains consciousness in a hospital bed. He can't even remember his name. Enlisting the support of the local police girl Helen and the waitress Lucy, the mysterious tourist goes in search of answers and the shocking truth. A cruel past follows him on his heels. Time doesn't wait: it's what he doesn't know that threatens to kill him...
