Große Freiheit

In post-war Germany, Hans is imprisoned again and again for his homosexuality. Through Article 175, his desire for freedom is systematically destroyed. The only permanent relationship in his life becomes a connection with an old cellmate Viktor, convicted of murder. What starts out as loathing turns into something called love.
