Janice is a fairly successful photographer from Madrid, who starts a casual affair with one of the heroes of her shoot. They are brought together by one common interest, which in fact concerns not only them, but in fact all of modern Spain. The result of the relationship is Janice's pregnancy, which she refuses to terminate. In the clinic, the heroine meets a young student, Ana, and their destinies intersect in the most unexpected way.
