The COVID-23 virus has mutated, and the world is already in lockdown for the fourth year. Infected Americans are forcibly sent to quarantine camps from which there is no escape. Courier Niko is immune, that is, he has a rare immunity to a deadly pathogen, and he moves freely around the city. The only consolation for him is his beloved girlfriend Sarah, but they cannot see each other due to the ban on physical contact. But one day Sarah is suspected of having a virus, and Nico has only a few hours to save her from imprisonment or something worse.
