Ruben Brandt, Collector
Ruben Brandt, Collector
Qualified psychoanalyst Ruben Brandt effectively treats hardened criminals, but he himself begins to be haunted by nightmares inspired by famous images. It seems to him that the only way to heal is to steal thirteen masterpieces from the greatest museums in the world. Gathering a team of four of his patients, he robs the Louvre, the Tate Gallery, the Hermitage and New York's Museum of Modern Art. Now Ruben Bradts turns into the most famous criminal: he is pursued by Italian mobsters, Russian gangsters, local police and bounty hunters who have been promised a huge reward. But Brandt's most dangerous opponent is Mike Kowalski, a private detective hired to investigate by the largest insurance companies.
