His opus magnum is a trade union choir in which dispatchers, repairmen, locksmiths, accountants sing. The head of the trade union is proud of the creative achievements of utility workers, but he is guided by the principle "first people are warm, and only then can they sing." The heating season makes adjustments to the rehearsal schedule. The workforce struggles to fix outdated communications while angry consumers storm the hotline.
