City on a Hill

The drama will show Boston in the early 1990s, filled with brutal criminals and corrupt officials. But a district attorney from Brooklyn stands in the way of total venality. He forms a dubious alliance with a corrupt but respected FBI veteran, and together they set out to take down a gang of tow truck robbers. Their bold initiative turns into a case capable of fundamentally changing the criminal justice system in Boston.
