There is too much cruelty in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, where terror and mistrust of one's neighbor thrive. A local police officer named Christian is now obsessed with revenge - his partner Lars was killed almost in front of him by a certain Imran. He knows what this killer looks like and wants to do everything possible to send him to the world of the dead as well. Together with Alex, Lars' lover, Christian will try to track down Imran. But none of them know that this killer is controlled by a puppeteer - two-faced CIA agent Joey Martin.
