Harrigan is a tough cop from the Los Angeles Police Department's narcotics division. He is assigned to investigate a series of murders of major criminal authorities of the city. All murders are perverted and reek of undisguised sadism. After examinations and investigations, it becomes clear that the murder is the work of a creature that has nothing to do with a person. An interplanetary hunter visited Earth again, but he will have to face a creature even more dangerous than himself - a man. Harrigan tracks down the hunter, gradually becoming a hunter himself. One on one, like a true warrior, he leads an uncompromising battle for the preservation of honor and the right of man not to be a creature that can be hunted.
