The Oath

On the eve of Thanksgiving, the government passes a new law: every citizen must sign an oath of loyalty to the president. Family member Chris constantly watches the protests on TV - he has no intention of following the state's lead and believes that only cowards and idiots sign the oath. The whole family gathers at his house for Thanksgiving. Chris's wife wants the dinner to be political-free, but differing views on the agenda escalate the situation.
