Maniac

The main character is simply adored by everyone, and his life is full of fun. But in reality, he is a patient of a psychiatric hospital, and has never spoken a word in his entire life. He lives in a fictional world and spends time with his best friend, together with whom they dream of ridding the world of evil by dressing up in superhero costumes. The hero is happy in his own little world, but with the appearance of a new employee at the hospital, everything changes, and soon he has to decide in which world to live.
