A virus swept across the Earth, as a result of which a large part of the population turned into bloodthirsty and cruel madmen, or, in other words, into "infected". Civilization plunges into chaos, humanity is on the verge of extinction. True, some people have a special gift - to understand the language of the infected and talk with them. One of the few who is endowed with such an ability is Dr. Morgan. His wife is also infected. Morgan decides to find the so-called patient Zero, with the help of which it is possible to create an anti-virus and save humanity.
