A little ten-year-old girl Amanda loves pets very much. She just dreams of getting a dog, she has already picked up a mongrel from the street several times, but her strict dad is against getting a pet. So Amanda only has to dream. Together with her friend Maggie, the girl one day finds an unusual pet - a small fox. Only a couple of guys are hunting for this creature. They want to catch the beast, because it is very valuable.
