The film is about the first rock concert in the history of North Korea. And this is not an ordinary concert, but a performance by the famous provocateurs, the Slovenian band Laibach. From the time of its creation in Socialist Yugoslavia until now, this art-rock group ridicules the authoritarian tendencies of various socio-political systems - from socialism to fascism and capitalism. But what awaits these prankster provocateurs in North Korea? Will they be able to implement their plan and once again mock totalitarianism, or, on the contrary, will they have to give in to their own principles?
