One bourgeois family lives in the south of France, not far from the port town of Calais. Their life is full of wealth and prosperity, they have no business with the poverty around them. But the emigrant camps are not far away, just a few miles away in Calais itself. This family lacks any love, real human feelings. All this apparently disappeared in exchange for money.
