Twenty years after the events of the first film, the remnants of humanity are forced to relocate to the same base established in 1945 by the Nazis on the dark side of the moon - life on planet Earth died after a devastating nuclear war. But in the desert that lies in the middle of a nuclear winter, there is a secret concerning the emergence of the human race, and this secret has the power to revive the people's former greatness or forever bury their hopes of returning home. A squad of people led by the brave Obi Washington will go to Earth to challenge the reptilian army of the Vril - an ancient space race that has captured half of the galaxy, including Earth.
