Based on the film by Luchino Visconti, based on James Kane's novel The Postman Always Rings Twice. Gino is a vagabond and a nomad by nature, sloppily dressed, but incredibly attractive on the outside. In a roadside cafe, he meets a married couple, Giuseppe and Giovanna. Gino and Giovanna are attracted to each other, and a whirlwind romance develops between them. They decide to get rid of the third extra - Giovanna's husband. But in this harrowing tale of destructive passion, crime drives the lovers even further apart.
