As a result of a car accident, the charismatic head of the surgical department of one of the Toronto hospitals, Charlie Harris, falls into a coma. His fiancee and colleague, Alex Reed, in the company of eminent surgeon Joel Goran, are fighting for his life. And at this time, the spirit of Dr. Harris roams the corridors of the hospital, trying to understand who he is - a ghost or a figment of his own imagination.
