The series tells about the adventures of Tim and Daisy, who rented an apartment in Marsha Klein's house, pretending that they were a couple. Friends kicked Daisy out of the house, and Tim was kicked out by his girlfriend, who left him for his ex-boyfriend, and they were forced to lie. Also, a depressed painter Brian lives in the house, Tim has a best friend - the gun-obsessed Mike, Daisy is friends with Twist, and Marsha has eternal problems with her daughter, and together they constantly get into funny situations and funny adventures.
