The documentary-feature film "Parents" is the story of Adam Bandrovsky, seen through the eyes of his three-year-old daughter Alina. Bandrovsky is one of the millions of victims of Stalin's repressions, during which more than 100,000 Poles, citizens of the USSR, died and were repressed. 77 years later, Alina Bandrovska breaks the silence about the murders in Vinnytsia with her poem "To the Father". The poetic images from the life of her family imprinted in the child's memory are brutally interrupted by the scenes of her father's arrest, interrogation and execution in 1938.
