Sculptor Oleksandr has a hard time coping with the death of his wife. Natalka, the sister of the deceased, who is unrequitedly in love with him, helps him in the household. When Oleksandr hires a wounded soldier, musician Tolya, he doesn't feel so lonely. But with the appearance of Ima, a refugee from Iraq, the men's friendship comes to an end, and Natalya is overcome by jealousy. An operation to restore sight awaits Ima, and its result will completely change the fate of the characters of the drama.
