John Baker and Frank Poncherello both recently joined the California Highway Patrol. But each of them has their own motivations: John is an experienced biker trying to put his life back together and get his marriage back, and Frank is an undercover FBI agent who must find rats among the patrol. Such different partners must work together and save the city from ordinary thieves. John and Frank must overcome all their differences to become a real team.
