The film tells about the most terrible totalitarian regime in the world - the communist one. In this film, the European Parliament makes an official conclusion about this regime and condemns the USSR through the mouths of historians and eyewitnesses. The film also tells about the Holodomor in Ukraine in 1932-1933, as well as the shooting of Polish officers in the Katyn Forest, the Gulag, the NKVD and the KGB. This is a unique documentary that contains very rare footage.
