An incredibly funny story about a provincial official Cecco, who adores his stable job. When the new government starts a war with the bureaucracy, Cecco clings to his beloved post with pincers and is not even opposed to a business trip to the North Pole. But there he meets activist researcher Veronika, who has completely different goals in life.
