At the beginning of the 20th century, two friends were friends in Paris - the Austrian Jules and the French Jim. They walked, talked, warmed up in the gym, discussed girls they knew, with whom the sentimental blond Jules had less luck than Jim, and they both wanted happiness. And then a fatal woman entered their lives - Catherine. Jules falls in love and asks Jim not to be an obstacle to his romance with a girl. But not everything is so simple. Catherine behaves as if two hearts are beating in her chest, and with one she passionately loves Jules, and the other - with no less passion for Jim.
