Alive Inside
The film explores the influence of music on people's minds and its ability to evoke memories. The director observes Dan Cohen, an ordinary employee of a home for the elderly. One day, Dan decides to conduct an experiment and brings an iPod with music from different eras to the hospital. To everyone's surprise, many patients suffering from Alzheimer's disease and other memory disorders began to recall forgotten events of their lives by listening to music from the past. Later, neuroscientists took up the study of Dan's discovery.
