A beautiful stranger is discovered naked in Times Square. Not knowing who she is or how she got here, a girl completely covered in mysterious tattoos finds herself at the center of an investigation after the name of FBI agent Kurt Weller is found on her back. Soon the stranger, Weller and the FBI agents find out that every tattoo on the girl's body is connected to crimes that must be solved to find out the truth.
