The film is a chronicle of the events unfolding in Ukraine during the winter of 2013-2014, and shows the formation of a new movement for civil rights. What began as a peaceful student demonstration in support of European integration turns into a ruthless revolution, and leads to the president's flight from the country. In the lens of the camera - a large-scale mobilization, almost a million citizens from all over the country are rising against a corrupt political regime that used force against its own people.
