In the center of the plot is the exorcist Dr. Sett Ember, who uses unconventional methods to exorcise the devil: he penetrates the patient's subconscious and fights evil there. His patient became a possessed 11-year-old boy, whose consciousness was captured by a terrible force. Only after penetrating the boy's subconscious, the exorcist realizes that he has never before encountered such an incredibly powerful opponent.
