Dentist Michel has leprosy - a day off. Therefore, he decided to take a leisurely walk through the flea market, enjoying life. But, having dug up an ancient (1958) vinyl disc with a concert by clarinetist Neil Yuar in the rubble, Michel rushed home to urgently listen to his favorite musician. But! The whole world seems to have conspired to deprive the music-loving doctor of happiness. The wife demanded a serious conversation "about us". The lover's conscience spoke up, and she (the lover, not the conscience) decided to confess everything to Michel's wife. Immigrant workers caused a flood in the apartment. The grown-up son, in the fight against bourgeois institutions, brought a large Filipino family to the post. And Michel needs to find an hour in this bedlam, just an hour, to listen to his favorite musician...
