La prochaine fois je viserai le coeur

For several months, between 1978 and 1979, the residents of Oise constantly feel anxiety and fear: a violent maniac is on the streets, targeting young women. Intruding into people's lives behind the wheel of his car, the criminal injures and kills randomly chosen people who vote on the road. As if being everywhere and nowhere at the same time, he easily escapes from the traps of justice, avoiding any possible obstacles.
