British theater: A mid summer night's dream
Three stories, three dreams. Lysander and Demetrius are in love with the same beautiful Athenian woman - Hermia. Everyone tries to get the hand of the girl, but her heart belongs to Lysand. Hermia's father considers the young man an unworthy match for his daughter and therefore does not give the couple his blessing for marriage. Then Lysander and Hermia decide to leave Athens in order to get married. However, Elena, hopelessly in love with Demetria, interferes with their plans - she betrays the fugitives. Demetrius immediately rushes after her to get Hermia back. Yelena goes after them. But in the forest of lovers awaits the spirit of Peck, a small elf who can lead anyone astray! At the same time, Oberon, the king of fairies and elves, quarrels with his wife Titania - they cannot share Titania's page boy between them. To deceive his wife, Oberon asks Peck to give her a magic potion - and then Titania falls in love with Motko, a weaver with a donkey's head. Motok himself, playing Pyramus in a play created for a wedding celebration, decides that the donkey's head given to him by Peck and Titania's love are just a dream.
