Sandro is a 40-year-old history teacher from Tbilisi who still lives with his parents. He has no luck with women, but after many failed dates, Sandro finally meets Manana and falls in love with her. However, soon a third extra appears - Manana's husband, who has just been released from prison. The three of them go on a journey through the hidden side of Tbilisi - not a shiny "tourist" city, as if from a postcard, but a labyrinth of slanted shutters and gray Soviet quarters, where people live who still believe in love.
