The film tells about four friends, modern "musketeers". All four recently returned from the army and went to serve in the riot police. They are young and full of hope. They call themselves "sovereign people". They are true patriots who do not talk about it, but serve their country honestly and romantically. Outside of their strict service, they become ordinary guys who want only one thing - love, family comfort, home. Meanwhile, they are family to each other. One day, in a night club, their lives will seriously change, when an ordinary fight on the dance floor turns into an irreconcilable enmity with the local authorities. It is at this time that Herman meets Aglaya, a girl so charming and amazing that even the head of the mafia, Butz, is in love with her. Aglaya and Herman dream of being together, but... Will Herman be able to leave behind his friends and his whole life to be by her side? And will Aglaya be able to escape from the domineering and tough Buts?
