The Gold Rush
The Gold Rush
One of Chaplin's most famous films, where he appears as the Tramp. His character goes to the Klondike in search of gold, like thousands of other prospectors. When an arctic blizzard traps him in the snow, the Tramp finds himself in a cabin with another gold prospector and an escaped prisoner, where they face hunger, cold and bears. Having escaped from there, he abandons the search for gold, and falls in love with a girl. But fate reminds itself once again when a familiar gold digger loses his memory and cannot remember where he hid the gold.
