10 years have passed since the main characters of the first "Mummy" managed to quell the ancient monster. Rick O'Connell (Fraser) is now married to Evelyn (Weiss) and they have a nine-year-old son, Alex (Boaz). The irrepressible family is still happy to gut the old Egyptian burials of the three of them. At the same time, the curator of the London museum manages to resurrect Imhotep (Woslow), who, in order to find incredible power, must revive the Scorpion King and defeat him in a fight. Rick O'Connell will have to quell the ancient Evil, because his son has become a hostage in the game of dark forces.
